This support offering is geared for companies with existing or purchasing Juniper/NetScreen Firewall/VPN appliances and would like to get Technical support, assistance and an additional level of insurance. Juniper/NetScreen support provides technical support for 1 full year.

- Direct phone and email access to Juniper/NetScreen certified (NCSANCSP) technical specialists for all Juniper/NetScreen problems
- A guarantee that each issue will be assigned to an agent within one hour of receipt with a maximum 4 hour response time
- Bug reporting, documentation clarification and technical guidance during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8am- 6pm PST
- Issues will be resolved promptly and escalated to respective vendors in case of new bugs and will be followed up until resolved
- Assistance with firmware upgrades
- Cross vendor VPN setup with Cisco™, Check Point, Nokia
