This support offering is geared for companies with existing Check Point firewalls and would like to get Technical support, assistance and an additional level of insurance. Check Point/Nokia Support provides technical support for 1 full year.

Highlights of Check Point/Nokia Support include:
  • Direct phone and email access to Checkpoint certified (CSSA, CCSE, CCSE+) technical specialists for all Check Point problems
  • A guarantee that each issue will be assigned to an agent within one hour of receipt with a maximum 4 hour response time
  • Bug reporting, documentation clarification and technical guidance during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8am- 6pm PST, Saturday 10am-1pm PST
  • Issues will be resolved promptly and escalated to respective vendors in case of new bugs and will be followed up until resolved
Quarterly review of firewall policies and configurations after a prescheduled appointment.
