Once you purchase a course, the purchase price is non-refundable. To reschedule a course, you must notify VPN Dynamics at least 10 business days prior to the course start date by emailing your request to training@vpndynamics.com.
If a request to reschedule is made less than 10 business days prior to the course's start date or if you fail to attend a scheduled classroom or web-based course, you will be responsible for the full course fee unless we are able to reschedule you for another course.
VPN Dynamics reserves the right to cancel any course 10 business days prior to its scheduled start date. If such a cancellation is necessary, you will be notified at least 10 business days prior to the course's start date either by email or phone..
